It was in 1954 that Pierre Ladevèze created Le Cardinal. More than 60 years later, the family is still at the head of this unconditional establishment located in the heart of the pink city, close to the cinemas.

Petit Futé's opinion "Installed at Place Wilson, the Cardinal is a classic. Open from breakfast until late at night, it is the ideal meeting point to meet up, for example, before a session of cinema. Moreover, when the weather permits, you can sit on its vast terrace and sit on one of its director's chairs, bearing the names of stars. Enough to think you are a Hollywood star! It is very pleasant to stop here to sip a cocktail (the menu offers a wide choice), to enjoy an ice cream, but also to have a meal. A pleasant address in the heart of the city center."
